The final price may depend on:
- total print size
- project location

4. Site and surface requirements
The client is responsible for making sure the surface is suitable, clean, dry, stable and ready for printing unless agreed otherwise in writing.
The quality of the final result may depend on the condition of the wall or surface.
We may refuse, delay or amend a project if the surface is not suitable for printing, including but not limited to:
- uneven surfaces
- damp walls
- loose paint
- dust or grease
- damaged plaster
- unsuitable texture
- limited access for the printer
If additional preparation is needed, this may affect the final price and timeline.
5. Artwork and design files
The client is responsible for providing suitable artwork, design files, logos or visual references unless design support has been agreed as part of the project.
The client confirms that they have the right to use any artwork, images, logos or brand materials supplied to us.
We are not responsible for copyright, trademark or licensing issues relating to materials provided by the client.
6. Booking and payment
To confirm a booking, we may require:
- written approval of the quote
- project details
- access details
- a deposit of [DEPOSIT AMOUNT / %]
The remaining balance must be paid [BEFORE WORK / ON COMPLETION / WITHIN X DAYS], unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel work if payment is not received on time.
7. Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel or rearrange your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation terms:
- cancellations made more than [X DAYS] before the project date may be rearranged without charge
- cancellations made less than [X DAYS] before the project date may result in loss of deposit
- if we arrive on site and cannot complete the work due to access issues, unsuitable surface condition or missing information, additional charges may apply
If a project is custom, prepared specifically for you or has already started, cancellation rights may be limited depending on the work already completed.
For consumer bookings made online, by phone or away from business premises, certain cancellation rights may apply under UK consumer law. UK government guidance says customers generally have cancellation rights for distance selling, including a 14-day cancellation period in many cases.
8. Project timing
We will always try to complete work within the agreed timeframe.
As a general guide, wall printing may take around:
1 hour per 1 m² of printing
This is only an estimate. Actual timing may vary depending on the design, site conditions, access and technical requirements.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including poor site access, unsuitable surfaces, delays in client approvals, weather, equipment issues or supplier delays.
9. Results and limitations
We aim to deliver a high-quality result on every project.
However, the final appearance of the print may vary depending on:
- surface condition
- wall texture
- lighting
- paint type
- artwork quality
- colours and file resolution
- environmental conditions
We cannot guarantee an identical match between digital previews, screen colours and the final printed result.
10. Client responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- provide accurate project information
- ensure safe and suitable access to the site
- prepare the surface as agreed
- provide suitable artwork or approvals on time
- remove obstacles from the working area
- make sure electricity and required access are available
- inform us of any site restrictions in advance
11. Liability
We are not responsible for:
- damage caused by unsuitable or poorly prepared surfaces
- delays caused by incorrect information or lack of access
- issues caused by artwork supplied in poor quality
- existing wall defects, damp, loose paint or unstable surfaces
- indirect loss, loss of profit or business interruption
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
